Glamping
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be made by email.
Standard Cancellation: 15% is non-refundable, regardless of notice.
Cancellation within 30 Days: 0% refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the start date.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is not included in the service, and clients are responsible for their own coverage if desired. All participants are required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks involved and agreeing to take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the activity. "Arctic Circle Treks" is not liable for any of these risks or incidents.
We will do our best to ensure safety, but there are risks with outdoor activities, and guests should be aware of them.
Weather Guaraantees:
We can’t guarantee perfect weather for your stay. Weather is beyond our control, and we want to be clear that bad weather may affect your experience.
In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances:
Arctic Circle Treks reserves the right to modify or cancel any planned activities, routes, or itineraries in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants.

While we provide high-quality accommodations, we can't promise a 5-star experience or luxury beyond what is described. Behavior and Animals
If there are issues during your stay, like disruptive behavior or rule violations, we may ask you to leave. We will be clear about the reasons for any action taken. Additionally, no animals are allowed on the premises.
Damage to Tents
If the tent or any of the furnishings are damaged during your stay due to negligence or misuse, you will be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We will assess any damages at the end of your stay and inform you of any charges that may apply.
